9/8/2011 - Oops! User Account Creation Fixed

Hello All...
I apologize to anyone who has tried to create an account recently. When I posted the website I tested everything extensively (I swear), but unfortunately got into a little bit of a hurry towards the end making a few last minute changes and not retesting everything. Well, I broken it. The good news is I fixed it, anyone interested in creating an account and using the upload capabilities should now be able to do so. Please let me know if anyone is having any troubles.
